Should the us government regulate the entertainment industry?

Should the us government regulate the entertainment industry?
The U.S. Government shouldn't regulate the entertainment industry. First of all,
the worldwide web is literally worldwide and it's practically impossible to censor
a website from another country. Even if they did censor all foreign websites new websites are made every day and they would have to be working 24/7 to censor every website. The solution for the web censoring is clear, monitor your child's search engine or don't let them get on without your guidance. There is also DVDs, CD's, video game s, etc. . 85% of the time teens 13-16 were able to purchase R/M rated movies or games. The solution for this one is easy, the U.S. Government needs to enforce these ratings. So the U.S. Government shouldn't censor the web, games, movies, or music. Because you should have enough common sense to not let your children watch, play, listen to, purchase, or browse anything that could be a negative influence.
