What are the branches of art in humanities?

What are the branches of art in humanities?
Most all categories of "art" fall under the wing of academia known as "the humanities." Common disciplines associated with the "fine arts" are; drawing, painting, sculpture, photography and printmaking. The "performing arts" include; dance, stage acting, musical performance, dramatic reading and "performance art." (ha)
More figurative and elastic uses of the word "arts" appear in categories such as "industrial arts" and "culinary arts," perhaps in attempt to present these practices while reminding us of the creativity that can be expressed within them.
