I live in Pennsylvania with my boyfriend and 1 month old son my boyfriend has a history of domestic violence during my pregnancy i was in the hospital 2 times. The abuse is continuing to happen i have family in Florida and my family is willing to buy me a plane ticket and give me a place to live. What are my rights? Am i allowed to take my son out of state without my boyfriends permission? His name is on the birtg certificate.

Unfortunately no. If you did he can make you come back. If you get a PFA against him he is excluded from the home. You NEED to call the local police now and find out how to get a PFA, Domestic violence is unacceptable.
