im 17 and i live with my mom and dad both, but mostly my mom. i don't wanna live with her anymore and im with my dad for half the summer i don't wanna go back with my mom what can i do so i don't have too...?
-she is always fighting with my stepdad
-i always have to babysit my half-sister
-she complains that they never have money and living cost with me
-she hard core religious so she hates me cause im gay
-she never lets me out of the house
-she is verbally abuses me
i have a great home with my dad he pays for everything of mine. he wants the best for me and my mom isnt that so what can i do?
Answer
Your father would have to file an Order to Show Cause in court for a modification of primary custody, if your mother wouldn't voluntarily agree to the change.
