I have been renting a house that's had leaking roof and asbestoes problems. It has been torn up since March with nothing further done to repair it. We have spiders in our house from no insulated walls and our things are scattered all over the place as a result. I have dirt falling on my head whenever I take a bath. I need help. We have been renting this dump since January.

Give your landlord notice in writing of the defects and notice that you will move if they are not corrected within a reasonable time (2 weeks?). Keep copies of everything and take photos.
