I would like to know what is the statue or law with regards to being told by a CHP officer to to show up for an arraignment, and not be present himself, does that constitute an automatice dismissal of case?
Answer
They don't have to be at the arraignment - just a trial if they are subpoenaed. If they aren't there at attainment, your case will not be dismissed.
