1) Can I use P.O. Box address on the Divorce Forms?

2) What form should I use to change phone numbers only?

3) Will they ever ask for ID/driver license? Seems like they don't check identity at all. So can I use any address (example, a friend's address), not current residence?

yes you can use any address you want but the address listed constitutes service to that address. Also use the MC forms to change address. It is not a FL form but an MC.
