As a homes association in Missouri, how many months prior to the foreclosure date may we be paid for past due dues?

I have had two different HUD representatives give me two different answers. One said only from date of foreclosure and another said six months prior to date of foreclosure.

Answer

From whom ? The party that owned the home before the foreclosure owes all dues incurred. The party that bought the house at the foreclosure sale owes all dues subsequent to the sale.
