I want to get U.S. Citizenship , I came to U.S. in 2007 sept 8 but i went back to my home country in 2008 july 8 with the permission now i am not sure that i can apply or can not apply for U.S. citizenship.

It will be really helpful if anyone tell me exactly what i can do...
