can i be sued for being unable to continue payments to my resort? i made a payment of twenty dollars recently. i am being threatened by the resort for the total balance,late fees ,and membership.

one can always be sued..and if you have a contract, they should win..so call us or any lawyer to review the documents and advise you. Negotiation is normally helpful but don't commit to what you cannot do..good luck
