I have been questioned by the police abou metal theft and I did sell some metal but not what they say, there is no eyewitnesses to the "theft" or pictures, just what the scrap yard guy thinks was me unloading the metal in question, not what I really had. Should I be worried, the police said they will have an arrest warrant for theft on me soon.

You should be worried and you should contact a lawyer immediately (as well as a bondsman.)
