In 2003 had a car reposed, in 2006 they got a judgement for the balance. Well they just showed up in April 2011 & took my only car, I have 2 kids with Autism. The car that they took was given to me by my late father, so it was paid for.Was it legal for them to take my only car? I live in Michigan.
