my husband left our home 7 months ago,he has not paid any bills but his name is on the lease, is he still responsible for paying rent? he also called my supervisor today and tried to risk my job, can I file a complaint

If your husband has been gone seven months, is not paying bills, and is harming your job, I am honestly mystified as to why you do not already have a lawyer. The issues between you can only be resolved in court in a divorce and the resolution will almost always be worsened by not having counsel.
