I was arrested for surveillance-unlawful, which is a felony charge. I have never been arrested or in trouble for anything, except a speeding ticket about 25 years ago. My question is, will I have to serve jail time or just probation under the first offender act. I have only had an arraignment to date, but have "pre-trial", "calendar call" and trial left to attend.
