we had a registered will of tehbazari land in our favour but lower court says that a person cannot do will of tehbazari land is this the case should we go in for its appeal and under which municipal act

Any will, for purposes of validity, must meet the requirements of the state of Indiana, as to form and content. It is doubtful that the item which you are describing, even if it was done correctly, would be valid in Indiana.
