My hasbund is in the military and he lives in the apartment in Virginia. My kids and I live in the different state. He wants to get divorce and waited for one year to

get a legal separation status. Even he HAS to live in Virginia because of station, will it be called 'legal separation'?

The divorce should be where the children are located.
