If it is Van Gogh's painting it represents the mysteriousness of the wind at night and the beauty of the night sky giving young astronomers perspective to not give up on the dream(even though NASA's funding cut back majorly) the love of the stars has become more intense after the fact because of Van Gogh's love of the stars and many like him of course it's just an astronomical perspective. you'll need more perspectives or grounds for representation
