I want to find out if I have a case against my soon to be ex spouse. He had an extra marital affair in the marriage while i was pregnant which resulted in me contracting chylamydia from it. I want to find out can I sue him for that? He is also knowingly infecting other women with hpv in which he was diagnosed with this disease in 2006.
