My folks adopted my kids but let my 12 year old daughter live with me. Now they are threatening to take her back and I have no paperwork that says she is mine legally. What do we do to keep her here with us? She wants to stay so badly also.

If they adopted the 12 year old they are the legal 'parents.' You would have to get a temporary order of custody or amend the adoption.
